Mr. Roulhac was great, efficient, professional and clearly knew his work. I also appreciated that, given this time of pandemic, he wore a face mask and kept social distance. My only complaint has to do with timeliness of service. I was first scheduled for one day, during a four-hour time window. I think that that is a ridiculously large timeframe during which one has to wait for a repair person. I'm sure that my clients would not stand for that in my line of work. Mr. Roulhac did not make that time window, and called at or near to the end of it to let me know he had had abandon coming that day due to a death in the family. Fair enough, but an earlier call from him or his boss would have been appreciated. The day he was rescheduled to come, he was supposed to come within a two-hour timeframe, but didn't make that either. He said his boss had scheduled him for another job in that time...but neither he nor his boss called until much later in the day. Mr. Roulhac then called & announced arrival within a half hour, which was accurate. Once here, he was great.
