I highly recommend Stella for EV charger installation. Their pricing is very competitive, and I had nothing but a great experience from start to finish. They are honest, professional, and truly care about their customers.Daniel was the installer, and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I did not want to hard-wire my Tesla Wall Connector because I wanted the flexibility to take it with me when I relocate. This was my main concern, and Jay, the manager, immediately reached out to discuss my situation.Jay was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. He helped me understand that my preferred installation method would not work properly because the Tesla charger’s amp requirement was greater than what my current setup could provide, meaning I would not be able to get the full charging capability. He also reassured me that Daniel would complete the installation safely and correctly. And most importantly, I can take the unit when I move.Jay stayed on the phone with me until I fully understood the situation, and I truly appreciated his patience and willingness to educate me. Both Daniel and Jay showed genuine humility, respect, and professionalism throughout the process. Their kindness and human touch made a lasting impression.
