Placed phone call to request service. A young man was here to help resolve our electrical issue within a half hour! (Remarkable!!!) Within a few minutes he determined the issue causing the power shortage and made recommendations how to resolve the issue in the future IF it should occur again. He recommended changing the faulty outlet that was causing electrical shortage throughout my home. Wow! What a help! Explained things clearly! Was patient and courteous! And to top it all off - the basic service charge for the visit was very reasonable. I would use this service again without hesitating! And I would definitely recommend it to my friends and neighbors!
