For just $10 a month, you can have coverage of your electrical system and parts, and the peace of mind of knowing you have Stella on your side.
Stella Simple covers your electrical system and components, as well as certain repairs and maintenance. If needed, we will replace ceiling fans, hardwired smoke detectors and exhaust fans, but the cost of the replacement appliance is not included.

Electrical System Maintenance is Expensive Isn’t It?
At Stella, we don’t mince words. Electrical system repairs can be costly. We help you head off those repairs with annual inspections that test numerous points of your system. For $10 a month (and $75 for any service call you may need) you can be sure that your system has been inspected and is in good working order for the coming year.
Contract Terms, as can be seen below, are different for each customer classification. If you sell your home, this contract may be transferable. Call us at 410-429-0479 for details.
What’s Included in My Annual Inspection
- Smoke detector testing and battery replacement - we also check that they are up to National Electrical Code.
- Carbon monoxide detector testing and battery replacement - we also check that they are up to National Electrical Code.
- Panel inspection - We will check all terminations in your electrical panels and look for loose connections, rust, corrosion, oxidation and improperly matched breakers and devices. We’ll fix any loose connections and make any necessary repairs.
- GFCI test - We will check and repair GFCI breakers and outlets.
- AFCI test - We will test and repair all AFCI breakers and wall outlets.
- Grounding audit - Make sure your grounding is up to code and protected from power surges and lightning strikes.
- Outdoor electrical system audit - Make sure your outdoor lighting, outlets and wiring are functional and safe to use.
- Indoor electrical system audit - Make sure your indoor lighting, outlets, switches, etc. are all performing to the highest standards.
Plan Fees
This contract costs $10 a month, withdrawn electronically. Non-payment for one cycle will result in non-coverage of breakdowns, non-payment of premium for two payment cycles, will forfeit your coverage and the remainder will immediately become due.
- The contract term is for one year. All contracts automatically renew unless cancelled.
- For problems that arise throughout the year, there is a truck service fee.
- $75.00 per call out, if called outside of annual inspection.
